Well Done The Tories!

I say "Well done" on the understanding that:
A] This is not watered down.
B] They do not change their minds.
C] They do not suddenly claim some 'moslem backlash' and put the plans on hold.
D] They do not permit the Lib Dems to sabotage it - after all, it IS a good idea.
