Foreign Aid.

I am not against the idea that we should spend a proportion of our monies as a nation on helping the needy throughout the world but:
All aid to nations with nuclear weapons, clear corruption, vast military budgets and who grant homes to terrorists must cease - forthwith!
I want to see a politically neutral body investigate every penny of funding which leaves these shores - and the power to stop these giftings.

I would not even gripe if our Foreign Aid Budget were to increase significantly BUT it must be properly targeted!
