Professor Sally Davies.

Professor Sally Davies messed with cannabis and suffered hallucinations when at university.
She seems blithely unaware that when the Labour Government downgraded this noxious weed to a 'class C' drug - it was an unmitigated failure and has apparently made calls for its legalisation.
