I was recently in Izmir and Istanbul and was pleasantly surprised to see that the nation appears to be prospering. It should - it has some of the best agricultural land and growing conditions in the world. I do not mind accession to the EU BUT I want the borders to our overcrowded nation slammed firmly shut! - In fact, I have an excellent idea. Turkey can have our place!
