Apparently, Boris has stated that he would like to see Nigel as part of the negotiating team. Excellent call - he would not let the EU get away with very much - I should also like to see Jonathan Arnott MEP on that group because his knowledge of all the fine detail is as good as anyone else in the parliament. (Nowt personal - but just facts about him as given yesterday by a third party who is far more knowledgeable about that than am I.)
