Needing to square the five match series and put into bat, England scored an incredible 241 for 3 on a docile pitch, their highest ever T20 total.
The fastest ever hundred for England was majestically scored today by Dawid Malan who made his century in just 48 balls. Incredible stuff.

The highest ever T20 partnership for England was made with Malan as Morgan fell just short of his own century.
Chasing 242 for victory, the NZ openers blasted their way to 50 in just four overs.
The classy Tom Curran and Matt Parkinson then scythed their way through the innings.
I really like the new England leg-spinner. He is not afraid to bowl at well under 50 mph and at one point took three wickets in just five balls - terrific to watch! Young Brown cost him a fifth wicket with a wretched dropping a dolly - not his only slip up in the field!
Series magnificently levelled at two apiece with 76 runs between the teams! On to Auckland for the decider. After that, there will be a short test series.
