Self explanatory title. I abhor that nicey nicey, politically correct, pseudo-Christianity which almost always supports leftwing attitudes - which in most cases are profoundly anti-Gospel. This Blog supports persecuted Christians. This Blog exposes cults. This Blog opposes junk science. UPDATED DAILY. This is not a forum. This Blog supports truly Christian websites and aids their efforts. It is hardhitting and unashamedly evangelical so if it offends - please do not come to this site!

Peace On Earth!
I have spent the last fortnight cruising around The Baltic and have
met all sorts of people - mainly British on the cruise ship but Swedes,
Russians, Danes, Estonians, Germans and Finns also.
We can sometimes be rather insular and narrow but when it is said
that 'travel broadens you' - this is wisdom.
Perhaps the thing which struck me most was how we all, pretty much,
want the same things. Generally: peace, freedom from fear and the best for our
families. God loves every one of us!

Chocolate.
Although I eat ever less choccie in vain attempts to lower my
weight, I am still concerned to see how chocolate manufacturers scam the buying
public by size reductions on their products.
So blatant has been this scam that, on occasions, you can actually
buy four packs of chocolate bars being advertised as 'full size'. What a
giveaway!
I would not mind so much if these products did not contain minimal
amounts of actual chocolate in the first place. If chocolate prices were to
double, I doubt that it would make more than a pennorth of difference in the
price per bar.
This Blog suggests that you boycott them - or at least cut back on
the numbers of bars you buy.
Must eat choccie? - Buy in the relatively pure, dark chocolate
found, so often, in venues such as Lidl.
Wind Farms.
Yesterday, I passed by a huge wind farm off the German coast. I
must admit that I really do admire those sad people who believe so fervently
that these white elephants are going to be able to solve our energy
needs.
Sorry - but it just ain't gonna happen. The amounts produced are
too small; they have to shut down when there is too much wind; when there is too
little - they do not work.
The capital costs are huge; the energy needed to build them is
phenomenal; they would not exist if the national grid were not paying absurd
extra amounts per unit; they have a relatively short shelf life.
I may not be popular in saying that two things are destined
to happen:-
Firstly, we are on course to power cuts in the next
decade.
Secondly, the inevitable consequence is that we shall have to buy
power from foreign nations who will have us over a barrel.
Nuclear and fracking MUST happen! Fracking is, IMHO, the way
forward.
The Common Fisheries Policy.
I am desperate to see the end of our subjugation by The European
Union. I rejoice in the thought that, once again, we shall be able to have
sovereignty over our own territorial waters.
We shall be able to have sensible quotas without a hint of the
dumping which has been such a piscatorial atrocity.
We shall see our great industry of the past resurrected with
cheaper fish and the inevitable creation of thousands of jobs.
Whatever Happened ...
... to butter mountains and wine lakes caused by EU ineptitude? My
better half was wondering and I'm afraid that I have no idea.
My best guess is that all surpluses will have been destroyed in the
typical manner of EU administrations of the past.
The destruction of food is an abomination!
Conspiracy Theorists.
I have long been of the view that there are plenty of
conspiracies out there against the ordinary people and designed to undermine
democracy.
The problem for the person-in-the-street is that it is
virtually impossible to discern which of the theories are for real and which are
merely the imagination of crackpots - well-meaning or
otherwise.
What can be in no doubt is the power of the shadowy
Bilderberg Group which manipulates governments and is the unseen hand pushing
forward everything to do with the European Union and which has done since its
inception.
I have read just the one book by the self-promoting
David Icke and that was enough. It was impossible to extricate truth from the
mixture of professorial-standard research and what appears to be the ravings of
a simpleton.
I have since been convinced that, if there are
conspiracies at the highest levels - there are also conspiracies amongst those
who seek to expose them.
The EU Army - Another Reason To Quit!
The EU buffoons who poured paraffin onto the flames of the conflict
between The Ukraine and Russia have followed up beautifully from their earlier
disasters in the old Yugoslavia.
If we remain in the EU - The EU Army will be an
inevitability.
Do we really want these irresponsible dullards in charge of our
Armed Forces? At least, with government from Westminster we would have the
chance to vote out bad administrations.
You cannot eject the EU Commissioners who outnumber is by 27 -

Job.
Job was a mighty man of God. Bad stuff happened to him - and in
spades! Be thankful that the minor things you are complaining about are not in
his league!
Insomnia.
No doubt many will have noted that my postings are often placed on
the Blog in the wee small hours of the morning.
This results from my insomnia. I go to bed early and sleep for
between three and three and a half hours. This is quality sleep. I may get up
for several hours and return to bed or I may then stay up. If I have returned to
bed, the best I can expect is an hour and a half of very poor REM
sleep.
The knock-on effects into the day are phenomenal and I must have a
post prandial nap in order to get me through the afternoon and evening.
The Remain Campaign - The Principal Lies I've Heard Personally.
After Brexit:
1) Our young people may/will not be able to study at EU
universities. - LIE.
2) (Unbelievably!) We shall be unable to travel to EU countries!!!
SILLY LIE!
3) British expats to Spain et al will have to return home.
An ABSURD LIE!
4) British expats will not be able to get medical cover. PARTIAL
LIE. Those in Spain, for example, who have their residencia most
assuredly will retain cover. The rest will insure before going as they have
always had to do, EHIC or no EHIC. I am one such!
5) We shall be able to have some control of our borders to
EU migrants. A BLATANT LIE!
6) Job losses will be 3 million/huge/ hundreds of thousands/ many -
or simply "Jobs will be lost!" PORKIES! However much you beg for detail - it is
all wild, pessimistic, neanderthal guesswork.
7) The EU will refuse to trade with us. RIDICULOUS LIE! - They
export far more to us than we do to them!
8) The EU will impose tariffs on our exports. SIMPLETON'S LIE. If
they do - so shall we. Who loses? - Refer to Point 7.
9) 'We shall lose influence'. MYTH. We have never had any!
Currently one EU Commissioner out of 28 and some 8% of the MEPs.
10) 'Mr Cameron brought back significant changes and reforms.' LIE.
He brought back 5 beans which ain't gonna make a beanstalk!
11) 'Not being in the EU may/will lead to war.' What with EU
countries? All those lovely people who love the UK even more than we do? -
GRANDIOSE LIE.
12) "We get great value for money from the EU." LIE OF THE NUMPTY.
13) "All these Brexiteers are small-minded Little Englanders." A
MONSTRUOUS MISREPRESENTATION! - Caring that foreign nations run your country is
simple pragmatism.
14) '60% of our exports go to the EU' - NO! 60% pass through the EU - mainly through Zeebrugge - much of which goes onto nations outside the EU!
I am getting bored but this is precisely what we are up
against.
PS. Where can you find any claims by the Brexit side that
misrepresent their case?
Fat Russians?
I recently visited St Petersburg and I realised that something was
different with the people but it took me quite a while to figure out precisely
what.
Then it struck me! There were no fat people; no chunky people; no
corpulent people and definitely no people who were obese.
They all looked in the picture of health. Spend any time in a
British town and see if you can come to the same conclusion.
Me? - What? - Okay, I suppose that I may be just a few pounds
overweight (or stone) and it certainly grants me the right to
comment!
All Party Parliamentary Committee.
A Parliamentary Group has criticised the Brexit side for its claim
that we can save a third of a billion per week leaving the EU. In order to
'balance' their criticism they mad some criticism about the Remain
side.
Let us just step back one cotton-pickin' minute here. What is the
makeup of this committee?
Did it contain full representation of the 84 MPs UKIP should have
won under an honest sytem? - No!
Did it contain SNP representation - a group which took far fewer
votes than did UKIP last General Election?
Did it contain Lib Dems - a group thrashed by UKIP in the last
General Election?
Were the Labour and Tory members selected carefully on the basis of
known views? - - If so, let us recall that almost all Labour MPs and most
Tories are pro-EU.
How can this possibly be a fair committee?

How It Is.
SIR – An impressive list of academics from the University of Cambridge write in favour of remaining in the European Union.
Their major concern is funding. It’s true that Cambridge may eventually lose a minority – about a quarter – of its total research funding in the event of Brexit. To suggest that this can’t be made up from other sources (including from our own government, once funds from Brussels are returned) shows a distinct lack of imagination. With relief from the bureaucratic process of EU grant application, there should be time enough to pursue other possibilities.
We believe instead there are higher values to take into account: freedom, democracy, accountability and legitimacy of government. It’s a little disappointing to see those at one of our foremost universities focusing only on the utilitarian.

No Wifi.
Sorry about yesterday - could not access any Wifi at all which was worse than expected! Today looks like being no better. All back to normal on Sunday, God willing. IF I do get opportunities - I shall take them.
