I don’t think anyone was especially shocked to learn this week that the BBC has been receiving grant money from the European Union over the past four years. After all, relations between the two Left-leaning bureaucratic giants have never exactly been frosty.
What took me aback was the amount of cash involved – a total of £3 million, according to the Beeb. The EU doesn’t normally bother about securing value for money, but that strikes me as a very modest investment in return for the unflinchingly loyal pro-EU propaganda churned out by the BBC over the years. A bargain, in fact.
This is NOT news. UKIP has been telling people this fact for years. No group ever 'bites the hand that feeds it'. It is not that the Beeb reports the alleged 'good points and importance' of the EU but that they virtually NEVER broadcast the countless negatives!
BBC Bias hardly needs to be purchased of course - not when you have so many leftists in place.
