The National Secular Society.

The National Secular Society (NSS) argue that the NHS is spending “millions of pounds a year” on chaplains, and that public funds could be better spent on alternative health care services which are “non-discriminatory”.
SHAMEFUL! They would deny comfort when people are at their lowest.
'Non-discriminatory' - a term which justifies any old donkey droppings! As for the word 'alternative' - it just makes me shudder!
