Ken Clarke - He's Had Nearly Two Years And Yet ...

'JUSTICE Secretary Ken Clarke faces a blistering attack by MPs today after figures showed his department has allowed criminals to escape £2billion in fines.' [Express.]  What a mighty success this man has been. (He must think himself lucky that he's not a football manager!) Surely it is time to put this political waste of space out to grass.
