Caged Pets.

My recent visit to Spain was disturbing when you saw how many pet birds were kept in tiny cages.
You can add to this that the facts that these birds are: kept from natural environments, many are denied any avian company, they are not allowed to breed and are locked up for a crime they couldn't possibly have committed.

'Cruel' is a strong word - but the conditions of so many Spanish birds really made me think!
