Tell you what, how about a television program about criminals, explaining what started them on a life of crime, how it really isn't their fault and blaming society at large. They could point out that it was the victim to blame having left the window open, or having worked hard amassing a lot of cash which was greedy of them instead of sharing it out. The victim would then have to meet the criminal and apologise for putting temptation in their way. Television and society does seem to be moving in that direction already, it's only a another small step to anarchy!
