We MUST Quit The ECHR - Without It There Would Have Been No Small Boats Crisis.

 SIR – Kerry Moscogiuri of Amnesty International (Letters, October 8) argues that the European Convention on Human Rights has provided “vital protection” to the people of Britain. 

Her letter appeared on the same day as your report about the case of a deported Albanian thief who snuck back into this country and has won the right to stay under the ECHR.

Amnesty International might view this as protection, but I suspect most 

will see it as farce. The sooner we leave the ECHR the better.
