It would be interesting to know where he gets his information from. Multitudes of polls indicate a desire to QUIT! I do not know of any in recent times which support our illustrious leader's contention.
Unless of course, he means that people would actually like the Common Market they voted for rather than the Federal Union they did not!
Maybe he means the 'associate membership' favoured by so many of us.
What is emphatically NOT correct is his basic statement.
