UKIP backs Daily Express petition on EU migration UKIP is wholeheartedly supporting the Daily Express petition calling for the Prime Minister to defy the EU and keep border controls in place for migrants from Romania and Bulgaria. Restrictions are set to be lifted from 1st January 2014.
