Be under no illusions at all. If there had been no
UKIP, there would NEVER have been a referendum on membership of the Evil Empire.
That handful of half-hearted Tories - most of whom would not sign up to the BOO
campaign -would not have carried sufficient weight to force Cameron into a
corner.
