Martin McGuinness Dies.

BREAKING: Former IRA chief & Northern Irish deputy minister Martin McGuinness dies.

MARTIN McGuinness, the former deputy first minister of Northern Ireland, has died aged 66.

These are the times when it is so very, very hard to do what Jesus would clearly have us do - to be forgiving. This must even include people with the appalling history of a Martin McGuinness.
I must pray thus, so I shall pray that he repented of his sin. If not, then hell surely beckons.
If that be his fate - it is not for believers to revel in that fact. We should actually grieve as the Lord Himself would grieve.
Maybe, in his embracing of Blair's peace process there were signs that he had truly abandoned his evil past but repentance would still have been required.

Er ... Yes.
