Colorado.

Several Christian schools in Colorado are suing the state over the eligibility requirements for its universal preschool program, with the schools alleging that the government-funded program would force them to violate their religious beliefs. The lawsuit argues that the Colorado Department of Early Childhood's requirements for hiring employees regardless of religion, sexual orientation or gender identity is at odds with the schools' religious beliefs. Read more. Freedom Post.
