Jacob Was Wrong. It Is Right That The Tories Should Lose BIG - First. Only Then Will Such A Pact Give Us A Centre-Right For The First Time In Decades.

Make election pact with Reform, Rees-Mogg apparently told Sunak.

Blogger - First. the leftist Tories MUST lose this election - however dire an outcome this brings:

1) Fact - they cannot win any election, even with Reform in tow.

2) The people have had a bellyful of lies and incompetence and broken promises.

3) It is not the 'true blue Tories' who have brought this shambles about but the countless leftists in their midst.

4) They have let the electorate down and must be punished.

5) The UK has gone into a steep decline in every single area that matters. You can write your own lengthy list.

6) There must never be a leftist, 'pretend right of centre party' elected again.

7) If the Tories are thrashed they MAY just bite the bullet and admit that these failures cannot be proffered to Joe Public again as it would inevitably result in total extermination.

8) Only when the party realises that Reform will replace it will common sense return.

9) If Reform UK joins with the Tories now - their future influence will be lost for all time.

10) Reform must plan for government - whether this be the election after next or the one after that. It is more than probable that a little bit of common sense during their first term will win Labour a second victory.

11) Only when the Tories quake with fear over the damage that Reform will inflict can things change.

12) Only a Tory Government with 90% of possible MPs actually being right of centre can get them back on track. Reform must hold their feet to the fire!

13) If they fail to respond - as I believe they are stoopid enough to do - Reform could perhaps win an election a decade from now.

14) To summarise: a Tory/Reform UK pact cannot work - and must NOT happen until the Tories genuinely stop being a left of centre, liberal ensemble.

Welby.
