'If God is sovereign, why does he allow the persecution of his people? Release International's latest publication, Providence and Persecution, invites us to consider how the reality of God's sovereign providence speaks into the painful reality of the persecution of our brothers and sisters around the world. I will be joined for a live discussion by John Stevens, the National Director of the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC), by Release International partner Archbishop Ben Kwashi, and by our Head of Theology and Media Kenneth Harrod, who wrote the book.
