Light in the darkest places
Release International and some special guests will be leading a Mission+Plus seminar at this year’s annual Keswick Convention.
Dr Berhane Ashmelash (left), a former prisoner of faith from Eritrea, will share about what it is like for evangelical Christians living under one of the most repressive political regimes in the world.
Hassan John, who has served persecuted Christians in Nigeria for two decades, will be speaking about how Christians in that country continue to persevere in faith, in the face of on-going, extreme violence perpetrated by Islamist extremists.
The one-hour seminar, on Tuesday, August 4 (1:30pm), will be hosted by Release International’s Allister du Plessis. Sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be provided.
If you are going to be at Week 3 of this year’s Keswick Convention, do come and join us to hear the voice of persecuted Christians.
Venue: The Assembly, The Pencil Factory, Carding Mill Lane, Keswick, CA12 5FD.
