From a purely educational point of view it is sheer lunacy! You encourage behaviour which is ill advised, health-risking and psychologically dubious. You encourage the vulnerable to take wrong paths and you encourage the sordid belief that 'actions should not have consequences'. You encourage deceit and dissembling.
Surely, surely, surely by doing this you are making the authorities complicit in a series of illegal acts. Ethically, solutions from the gutter.
