I have often heard people state that our benefits system is far too generous to immigrants and that we are 'the biggest soft touch going' but I possess no tangible evidence to that effect other than that which is purely anecdotal .
A negative deduction may be made here, however. Have you ever heard this assumption challenged by leftists? Have you ever heard a single fact put up against this? Have you ever seen even one country put forward as being as generous as we are?
No! Me neither!
