George Armstrong Custer.

I am fascinated by George Armstrong Custer as an historical character but must admit also to possessing a detestation for all military leaders who are responsible for the deaths of the men in their charge arising from their hubris.
I suspect more than a little that Bernard Montgomery's arrogance cost thousands of British lives!
