George Brinton McClellan (December 3, 1826 – October 29, 1885)
A truly great organiser of armies: a truly wretched general who would not attack even when outnumbering the enemy by ten to one.
Singlehandedly, the wretched McClellan must have extended the American Civil War by at least a year!
