Concept of adultery could be abolished in law as grounds for divorce in wake of Government's plans for gay marriage
Draft law only recognises infidelity between a man and a woman as adultery. It means a person in a same-sex marriage couldn't divorce their spouse on the basis of adultery if they went on to be unfaithful. (Mail.)
