I cannot reasonably afford a Flabelos, vibrating plate machine and so I bought a Crazy Fit Massager brand new for a tiny fraction of the price. (£264 from Amazon.)
Anybody who has seen me in profile may well realise how great my need was!
I have used it religiously for ten minutes every morning since the start of May.
My belly has reduced by six full inches and without any change to my eating habits - I have lost a stone in weight.
I use the pushup position for the first three minutes and a painful elbow from a fall 4 years ago has ceased to hurt.
My frozen shoulder has disappeared.
My (pretty harmless) ectopic heartbeat is about six times less frequent than before.
My nightly foot cramps which seem to have something to do with my Warfarin habit - have reduced by at least 90%.
Best of all - my blood pressure checked yesterday was the best reading I have ever had!
I must say that I have also supplemented the above exercise with a small, electric belt massager (Massage-Pro) - used most days and in the comfort of my armchair.
Dunno if this may help my readers at all - but I am pretty excited about it all.
