
Two pastors have been killed and three churches destroyed, as militants attack yet more civilian targets in north-east Nigeria.
In Yobe state, suspected Boko Haram Islamist extremists opened fire in a church in Dorawa town on Thursday, killing the pastor and his two children. They then set fire to the church and two other buildings, before fleeing.
Meanwhile, in Borno state, Pastor Sunday was killed on Thursday when militants raided and set fire to his Church of the Brethren in Nigeria (EYN) in Barawa village near the Mandara mountains of Gwoza, according to Release partner Stefanos Foundation.
