Foreign Aid Cuts.

Foreign aid cannot continue in the same form as at present. It is right that a wealthy nation should give significant amounts to desperately poor countries.
BUT - are we really meant to continue giving to: nations with a nuclear arsenal, those which have a space programme, those where the monies cannot be adequately tracked and effective dictatorships? What about nations such as China and Argentina which has demanded British flags to be lowered on cruise ships in B.A. harbour?
