Bus Ad case back to Court of Appeal.

Core Issues Trust will be back at the Court of Appeal on Wednesday 10 June to apply for permission to appeal after it was ordered to pay costs in excess of 100K. The Trust will also be seeking to appeal the ruling by Mrs Justice Lang that Boris Johnson did not order its bus adverts to be banned at the eleventh hour.
