Jailing a youngster - or indeed, a woman - is so incredibly difficult in our penal system. The above claim makes it sound as if youngsters are being fed willy-nilly into YOIs.
NOTHING could be further from the truth. It is a continuation of the lies which have been fed to us for almost 70 years: lies which have damaged our society almost to the point of being irreparable.
You really would not believe what some young thug has to do (probably repeatedly) before society is given a rest.
