Murderers and Murder Victims.

There are generally two involved - the killer and the victim.
The manner in which modern nations deal with murder today is vile.
The murderer has greater rights than the person s/he has dispatched.
The killer is permitted to have his/her life continue. Clearly, the victim is not.
