Mole-in-the-know has uncovered another interesting piece of information. In a certain city, tax inspectors have been ordered never to visit certain areas where there are a high number of 'ethnic' shops.Apparently, virtually no tax, VAT or National Insurance is ever paid in these communities and it might be perceived as 'racist' to uncover the countless illegalities.
