But pragmatism here is essential for the nation's future.
We just cannot afford to drive: investors, entrepreneurs, jobs, businesses and money out of our economy and into the welcoming arms of countless lower taxed nations.
"Rich people SHOULD ...." is nothing but pie-in-the-sky posturing.
