One teenage tearaway has so far clocked up 28 court convictions in his
young life.All the crimes were committed
close to his home on the Wirral, near Liverpool. Only three career criminals in the whole of Merseyside beat his shameful
record.They include a 40-year-old man from
the Sefton area who has been arrested 176 times and convicted of 65
offences.
The arrest figures were released by Merseyside Police after a request
under the Freedom of Information Act. Express.
