Happy National Chocolate Day!

A tip for those who visit Spain. Track down the chocolate cafe called Valor - found in most cities. They sell a variety of hot chocolates served with churros. I personally recommend sampling four eggcup size portions at once. Order the item called Cuatro Sentidos. Delicioso.
