I recently listened to a liberal type
getting cross on the radio because an elderly lady had been
mugged.
"What kind of person does this?" - he spluttered.
Well, let me explain for his benefit. It is a person
brought up in a society which: encourages us 'to design our own morality';
inhabiting a nation where Christianity has been sidelined; a place where
schoolchildren are 'understood' for bad behaviour rather than punished; a
country in which compassion is misdirected and bad behaviour is
rewarded.
In short - a nation whose political
left has abandoned the moral compass it may have once possessed some 60+ years
ago!
