After all of those songs about 'a moon over Bourbon Street' - Mrs Blogger and I had an incredible experience some years ago when our visit to New Orleans coincided with a full moon.
What is more, we witnessed it right over the legendary Bourbon Street! Just one of those great experiences.
The other was seeing the northern lights - pretty much from above - as we flew over Greenland on the way to San Francisco!
