Uncertain Times?

 First step: 2,000 years ago the apostle James wrote some good advice for our Covid-19 uncertain times, when he advised us to ‘not say we will do this or that, but rather if the Lord wills we do it’. (James 4:13) Takes away a lot of the really frustrating almost total un-plannability of 2020! Next, apply the hard truth ‘… in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you’. (1Thess 5: 16-18) Lastly cap it all with the Lord’s Prayer model Jesus taught us: ‘Our Father ... Thy will be done!’ (Matt 6:9 ff, Luke 11:2 ff) You will be amazed at how the Holy Spirit will strengthen you and get you through. It’s all in the blessing of knowing the all-knowing Creator.
