Extrapolate from this ridiculous idea! Bakers sell a cream bun which is thrown by a yob and requires money for removing it from someone's clothes. Clearly the baker must pay for the cleaning bill! Yet again, this society of ours wants to punish the innocent instead of the guilty. You could make up a thousand examples from this silly principle. There is nothing inherently wrong with chewing gum.
