England CRUSH India In Second Test.

Not just 159 runs as their victory but 159 AND an innings!
The England attack was simply excellent - although, in fairness, we must admit that the conditions suited well and that there are still a number of question marks over the England upper batting order.
This was a mighty win BUT, nevertheless, a home win using home conditions brilliantly.
On the sub-continent, England are still going to have a multitude of problems with both bat and ball to face on the dry, boring tracks which are the order of almost every test-playing day.
We cannot match Asian countries in the spin department and our batsmen seem like rabbits in headlights when they have to face it.
Our T20 and ODI teams are looking superb but the advanced technical qualities needed for the many lengthy innings required in test batting are extremely difficult to find here in England.
We must also take into account just how poor the Indian batting has been. Take Virat Kohli out of their side and a brace of heavy defeats could have been massacres.
England must take pride in these victories, indeed, but let us not pretend that all is well in our batting and slip catching.
