Shameful Catching and Dreary Captaincy.

England's bowlers did a mighty job to gain the batsmen a narrow first innings lead over India at Edgbaston, yesterday.
The catching, however, was woeful and certainly cost England a major advantage. Dropping Kohli, on that rare occasion when he offers an easy chance to slip, is 100% contraindicated!
With 'the tail wagging' Root's captaincy again looked dangerously uninspired. Time to look for a new skipper!
Cook fell in identical fashion to the first innings as he failed to get properly forward to cancel out Ashwin's excellent spin.
England go into Day Three a paltry 22 ahead with 9 wickets in hand.

Easter.
