Raising the age of criminal responsibility from ten to 12 will be among proposals considered in a Government sentencing review.
It is fair to say that not one liberal gesture on crime since the 1950s onwards has ever done anything other than to exacerbate the crime situation in the UK.
BUT they never learn from their mistakes.

Perhaps our politicians should be looking towards Madrid where organised gypsy gangs constantly use children under the age of 12 for crime sprees.
