If this Blog is majoring on the EU to a very heavy extent at the moment - I do realise that this may reduce the interest on here for you - but do please be aware that the ultimate failure of The European Union will have a grave knock on effect to the entire world.
Whenever you have an ageing relative in great pain and at death's door - if you are Christian, you will want a merciful outcome.
Please pray for the quick and clean demise of this ill-conceived body - as its death throes could damage many - particularly if dragged out over a lengthy period as currently looks to be the case.
