John Terry has been stripped of the England captaincy. He was never for me the right representative for our national team.

The comparisons however with Chris Huhne should be noted. He has been punished before being found guilty. He must be restored immediately if the case collapses.
Beyond this, I must state that I am extremely concerned by this prosecution which is based on the thinking that racism alone makes childish, objectionable behaviour worthy of a court appearance.
For this prosecution to be valid, all similar behaviour should have a similar outcome. Racism shows that you are a lowlife but can it logically be the only motivation which will be treated thus?
All or nothing - surely.
