It's not just Obama - indeed I find the fawning around top politicians 10% better than all other evidence for The Cult Of Personality. At least an Obama has earned the right to have opinions, however feeble I may consider most of them to be.
No. It is the idolising of: TV personalities, 'D List' nonentities, film stars, pop icons and those who are famous just coz they are which really gets my goat!
