Power Naps Are Back!

At the Université Paris Descartes-Sorbonne Paris Cité, scientists have concluded that power napping is good for poor sleepers, after all. Napping, red wine and coffee are the big three where scientists claim doom and despondency one day and then great joy and health, the next.
