England Snatch Victory In Chittagong.

Well. On a wicket taking prodigious amounts of spin from the first over of the match, it was actually the England seamers who rescued this game and delivered the narrowest of victories by a mere 22 runs.
The England spinners had taken wickets throughout the course of the game but had never impressed and Cook's captaincy was brought into question as he set fields which were over-defensive for his slow bowlers.
For the second, and final, test in this short series, the England spinners must surely practise line and length.
Well done to Ben Stokes who took six wickets in the game, a catch or two and made over a hundred runs. Indubitably and deservedly, he was the Man of The Match.
This short tour is part of England's preparation for taking on the spinning might of India in a few short weeks time.
Questions must be asked about Duckett who, on debut, looked rather bemused by the amounts and quality of spin he had to face and was out cheaply twice and also Ballance who no longer looks like a genuine test batsman.
Perhaps England must now look to balance their batting lineup somewhat. Clearly, there are too many lefthanders in the eleven. Hameed, may I remind the selectors, is a righthander!
