Racism In Football Management?

With 25% of players in the Football League being from black and ethnic minorities, it does seem rather odd that fewer than 4% who come from these groups are in senior coaching positions. A completely fair question to consider prima facie but meaningless unless we are told the figures for Coaching Badge applications - and what percentage are successful from these groups. Without that knowledge, no comparisons may be made. It is the same as pointing out how few women work on oil rigs - how many actually apply?
