Scrap jail sentences of under one year, says Lib Dem justice minister: Move would mean 60,000 fewer criminals would be locked up every year.

The sad thing is that these silly people actually believe this pap! (And SO popular with a certain section of the electorate - CRIMINALS!) But it certainly helps the Lib Dems to look so stoopid that they can never be worthy of receiving your vote!
